Spring is in the air and we all know that mean’s an avid reader’s fancy turns to New Releases!!!! Eeeeeppp!!! Time to once again display your ninja librarian-type skills and uncover the literary gems on the horizon because it’s…
READERS CHOICE WEEK
Here’s how this week’s giveaways work: You recommend a CHRISTIAN FICTION genre specific titles with release dates in April, May or June 2024 (up to three suggestions per genre day) and you have a chance to win one of your recommendations! BUT it’s a little more complicated than that so be sure to read ALL the details before entering.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: These giveaways are available in paperback or ebook format to US and Canadian readers. Ebooks available internationally if you have a .com kindle account (US Amazon)
ITβS HISTORICAL ROMANCE / FICTION GIVEAWAY DAY!

To be entered in the draw just leave a comment (or 3) below, including the title(s) of the book(s) in the Historical Romance / Fiction genre youΒ would like to win.
Historical Romance / Fiction — a full length story or novella or collection of novellas set in any time period before 1980. May cross genres such as YA, Suspense, Amish etc, and may include dual timelines.
How does it work?
Easy peasy! Make recommendations in the comment section and if you win, you win the book you suggested.
BUT YOU GOTTA FOLLOW THE RULES!
- Publication date must be April, May or June 2024
- Each day is genre specific, so only submit titles from that genre
- Christian Fiction books only please!
- You can offer up to three suggestions per genre day BUT they need to be made in 3 separate comments (easier for me to keep track of)
- No email entries this time round since comments are working on WP
OF SPECIAL NOTE: IF YOU HAVENβT COMMENTED ON THIS BLOG BEFORE, YOUR FIRST COMMENT WONβT APPEAR UNTIL I APPROVE IT. AFTER THAT YOUR COMMENTS WILL POST AUTOMATICALLY.
- Entrants must submit their own selections (no piggybacking on someone else’s log in.)
- Itβs helpful to include your email (using AT and DOT instead of @ and . to protect yourself from spammers) but you only need to add it to one of your comments per day. If you choose not to include your email, then itβs up to you to contact me if you are a winner.
Draw will be held and winner announced on
Saturday March 30, 2024
(You can enter any of the giveaways up until noon March 30. Winners will be announced later that afternoon)

Can it really be Spring Reader’s Choice Week? yay!
I’m looking forward to Amanda Dykes new book, Born of Gilded Mountains (6/18) It has the most ethereal nighttime cover that draws me right in. Set in the 1940’s.
Thanks for the giveaway opportunity Kav! I always love seeing all the upcoming new releases.

Hard to believe it’s time for a new season of new releases — especially since the weather is being very un-Spring like! I agree about the cover love for Amanda Dyke’s book — it’s really appealing. And I see Sunrise Publishing has expanded to historical novels as well. Very cool. Good luck, Tracey!

Happy Spring, Kav! I can hardly believe it! Had 1 mth post-op last week & got a great report . . . just in time for spring! Dr said it could take 6 mths to a yr for everything to heal, but was very encouraged by my progress in just 1 mth! I can start taking short walks & ease back into activities, just use common sense. As far as books, I have no common sense! But I don’t think he was talking books. hahaha

Yippee –happy to hear that you are on the mend! And common sense and books don’t belong in the same sentence! Perish the thought! We love our books senseless! Bwahahaha! I like the sound of Bitter and Sweet — and yes, it works because it’s dual timeline. Very cool. And you’ve reminded me that I haven’t read Hannah Linder’s current book yet. Best get at it or I’ll be lagging behind come May! Good luck, Diane!

Thanks, Kav! Went to church for 1st time since surgery & felt rather weak. But got a whole lotta love & gentle hugs from church family that was so needed!! And a bunch of “I can barely see your scar” that was needed for vanity’s sake!! Bwahahahaha Love what you said about loving our books senseless. LOL! Had that Dr tried to curtail books, I’d have to find another Dr & it’s kind of late for that in this stage of the game! π

Oh boy, I’ve been waiting for this day!! The one I really, really look forward to is:
I *believe* it’s part of the Georgian Gentlemen series but I’m not 100% certain. I saw something about this on Facebook or her website. In any case, U absolutely love her writing and devoured all her books so far πβ€
I’ll come back later to see other peoples choices and maybe chose one or two more…. but this one has been on my radar for a long time!! π

Yes indeed, I just checked her website again and it is the sixth book in the Georgian Gentlemen series!!!
Sorry about the numbers in my comment, I have no idea how they got there or how to get rid of them….this new commenting block isn’t as user friendly sometimes.
