Sadly, I’ve struggled to read print editions of the Love Inspired lines for awhile now. Has anyone else noticed how the ink has gotten fainter post COVID? Or maybe it’s just my wonky eyes. I have been having vision issues when it comes to smaller print and especially reading from a screen so ebooks are out. Until that gets sorted(hopefully), I’m going to stop getting Love Inspired books. The struggle to read robs all the joy out of the story! 😦
Luckily some of their books are offered on audible now, mostly in the Suspense line, and at a very affordable price so I grab up all I can. I have 11 preordered but only 3 of those are Love Inspired. The number of audio books have been increasing over the last year so I’m hoping more will become available in the future.
I still want to support the authors though, so I am starting a Love Inspired and Love Inspired Suspense monthly new releases giveaway. Separate days for each line. I’ll list all the books and synopsis in a post and you can choose which book you would like to win if your name is drawn.
FOR THIS GIVEAWAY: Choose ONE of the April Love Inspired books listed below, add the title to a comment (or in an email – kavluvstoreadATyahooDOTca) and if your name is drawn, that’s the book you will win.

Good morning Kav, like you prefer audible now I prefer ebooks.
However, my intrepid reporter side will not be pushed down 😉 I did want to weigh in on the LI issues. I got an early review book and was surprised to see along with the new cover design the book is bigger. Other readers must have mentioned not seeing it well so now the paper is whiter. I emailed you pictures of both so you could see what I’m talking about. I think the larger print edition along with the new size and bright white would really make it easier for all of us older readers to see.
After saying all that, I love trying new authors, so I’d pick A Father’s Vow by Chris Schmit, ebook form of course, haha.
I love that you are still supporting LI authors!

I so soooooo appreciate the intrepid reporter side of you, Tracey! 🙂 I wonder if the new look is because this is Harlequin’s 75th birthday? Seems like they are changing things up a lot — in the lines and the website. Now I’m wondering what the larger print editions will be like in the new format. Thanks for sharing your investigative prowess! Good luck!

The new LI does have a 75th anniversary red flag on the spine so it could be. I also think they are trying to keep updated to compete with all the other publishers and books Harlequin has available.

Although I’d LOVE to read them all, my first choice has to be BONDING WITH THE BABIES by Deb Kastner. How can you go wrong with babies and a K-9 pooch on the cover! Plus it’s an amazing sounding story that is already on my TBR list.
Thank you for the the chance to win a copy!

Such a hard choice!! It’s between the two Amish ones for me, but since I was eyeing the one for Readers Choice week, I’m going with:
An Unconventional Amish Pair by Emma Miller

P.S. These are all going on my want-to-read list! 😉

I love Emma Miller!!! It’s kinda fun to see them all grouped together with the book blurbs, isn’t it? Easy comparison shopping…unless you want to read them all. Bwahahaha!
